Because this topic is rich and its stakes so high, the European Conference on Energy Transition will decipher all the dimensions of carbon neutrality. Nearly fifteen plenaries to inform, engage, and inspire about consumption and lifestyles, tax savings, carbon sequestration, regional planning, exemplarity, cooperation, and solidarity as well as the mobilization of actors.
