“Grafting Cities” – Annual forum of Energy Cities

Energy Cities annual conference, ‘Grafting Cities’ is dedicated to their members and to European cities that want to accelerate their transition, through the art of grafting. 

The art of Grafting shows how a place can flourish by building on its assets and ‘twisting them’. Grafting a city is also a movement to transform street by street, house by house, place by place, increasing diversity and thus resilience. We aim to unveil remarkable initiatives that our members have undertaken to “graft” their cities, highlighting the transformative efforts of local communities to reshape urban landscapes. 

This year, the annual conference will take place over two days: 

• 26 June: thematic sessions 
• 27 June: Energy Cities General Assembly (for members only) and inspirational day.
