The next EU mandate will be responsible for implementing the EU’s 2030 climate target. This requires the next Commission to secure over €620 billion p.a. of investments for the Green Deal, ensuring EU energy security and competitive sustainability. This session will explore what policy priorities will best mobilise public and private funds towards climate solutions, including setting and implementing an ambitious EU 2040 target.
