The session will explore how municipalities and EU projects are addressing energy poverty through strategic planning, innovative funding mechanisms, and practical renovation support. Speakers will share hands-on experiences from the RENOVERTY project and the Municipality of Cascais, including rural energy efficiency roadmaps and community-focused energy transition funds.
